Quality Assurance Policy

Our approachAs a small company, our quality control system is relatively straightforward. The managing director is involved in every piece of work and checks it personally before it is forwarded to clients. In most cases she is the person who has carried out the work. New members of staffIf new members of staff are involved, then the procedure is that · they shadow the MD and watch how interviews are conducted · they take responsibility for a section of the interview with the MD observing · the MD covers anything that has been missed · the MD gives the member of staff feedback on how to improve · the new member of staff does the whole interview with MD observing · the MD gives the member of staff feedback on how to improve · the new member of staff would only do interviews solo if the MD was confident that the quality would be the same as if she conducted them herself SubcontractorsWhere subcontractors are used, these are usually companies with whom we have worked in the past and can be confident of their ability to deliver. If they are field agencies or recruitment agencies for market research then they are members of the Market Research Society and bound by their code of conduct. Reputable suppliers: we check out suppliers and re-use those who perform well (cost, turnaround time, quality, flexibility, responsiveness). We also liaise with contacts in other agencies to check out new options and review value for money. We usually use companies that come highly recommended by people we trust. ContactSingle point accountability: as a client, you will always be able to speak to the project director and she will manage all the interfaces. She will monitor the quality of all the work we do and be your first point of contact. Regular updates: depending on your preferred working methods, we can offer weekly reports, spreadsheet updates and monthly monitoring meetings to assess progress against agreed milestones and identify any changes required. E-Management: we use email to ensure rapid turn around on amends to materials and make sure the client has final sign off before going to print.
